BlockPhi provides macro-crypto analytics tools, including global liquidity tracking, rate-of-change models, regime analysis, and related data visualisations. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

3. Account and Access

Access to certain features may require registration. When you register, you provide your email address and optionally consent to receive newsletter communications. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Premium features are gated through our third-party payment and membership provider (Whop). Your use of premium features is also subject to Whop's terms of service.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Service data without written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, data models, analytics methodologies, visualisations, code, and branding associated with BlockPhi are the property of BlockPhi or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party platforms including but not limited to Whop (membership and payments), Supabase (data storage), and Substack (newsletter distribution). BlockPhi is not responsible for the practices or policies of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.
